greatest woman in the world

After a long session at the gym just now, I took a long walk around my pool area just to breath in some fresh air and to clear my head. While walking and talking on the phone, I couldn't help but overheard a little girl,she must have been about 2 years old, she was skype-ing with her dad. She was so cute, waving to her daddy at the little laptop screen, and was telling her dad 'Dy-dy, i sit air-air (chair)'. It reminded me so much of myself, how I used to double my words. air-conditioner was pronounced as 'con-con', porridge was 'moi-moi' and my favourite soft toy was 'duck-duck' which is still on my bedside now.

However, what touches my heart most was the tone used by the father when he was webcam-ing with his adorable daughter, so gentle, so kind. I guess I will always miss having a father's touch in my life, but I would like to thank my MUM for being the daddy and the mummy. Besides mum, I thank God to supply me with a host of angels in my life. The endless list of babysitters and mum's friends took really good care of me. I was treated like one of their own in my babysitters' family. I am lucky to have so many 'mothers' and 'older siblings'. I am glad that I had a happy childhood despite having a family that only consist of two people.

i just came back from kl last week.
i am missing tracykins, deeps and josh.
i bloody miss karmun.
i love having steamboat in camerons.
i bought strawberries, strawberries and more strawberries.
i screamed and closed my eyes while watching unborn late night with an annoying idiot sitting behind me and another two busy laughing at me.
i played badminton with blue reefian and d others.
i laughed till i was having stomachache while watching shopaholic.
i had fun in soi and clubbing with just 3 girls and 2 'bodyguards' in matching shirts.
i ate till i shitted at tao.
i had an awesome week =)

we do not need laughing gas

2 blur heads + 2 laugh-non-stop-all the-way = 4 very happy people

that was last thursday,
and i didnt post this up then because i was still busy laughing at those pics.
ahh how my belly ached after laughing so hard.
and not forgetting my whole body ached too after badminton with blue reefians in the afternoon.
it was supposed to be a farewell party for 4 for mr andy who is leaving for limkokwing soon.
manatau, he's leaving next week =.=
so we decided to have dinner at ananda's as a PRE-farewell party.

i spent the whole friday working at blue reef and then violin so i was too tired for anything after that.

i spent the whole of saturday violin-ing and working at blue reef till 12am.

and then went over to green house to meet amy,tingen,carmen,evan,wendell and the rest.
and then it was upr.
and nope, i did not club =)
we were just chilling at zanzibar.

on sunday morning, i have violin again,
was supposed to go to the gym with christ but
instead i took a nap from 1pm to 6pm.
was so damn tired because i havent been sleeping well nowadays =(
went over to gurney for a mini-farewell for chia chyn and rachel kang,
they will be leaving to segi,kl to study psychology next week =(
it was nice to meet up with jenny, jiali,rachel,chia chyn and alyn again.
i miss those days in college,
i miss the cgl gang in college.
too bad anna was grounded =(
after dinner at nandos,
we wanted to head over to secret recipe because i was having a sweet tooth.
manatau they were didnt wanna serve us because they 'claimed' to be closing soon.
so we went over to the newly opened McD at gurney plaza.
there is a very cool machine there =D
and when we are done with McD, secret recipe was still opened.
damn those lazy workers!
after fetching alyn home,
it was supper with tannie,
he brought me to the tanjung bungah market wantan mee at midnight,
where you have to make your own drinks.
LOL.
and there's only an old uncle serving us.
there was a cute lil kitten too =)
and that idiot tried to feed it with sambal

in the end he spilled the sambal on his foot.
so clever!

then it was home sweet home for me =)

long long long time ago,
in a land (school,actually.) far far away,
there lived four lil rather 'not-so-gorgeous' ducklings ;)
who somehow clique-d and became close friends very fast,
without knowing what ties them together so strong,
because they do not really share anything in common,

one's a basketball fan,
the other an anime freak,
one more used to be a boy magnet,
and well the last one is a nerd with specs. LOL.

2002


girls being girls,
our share of gossips,
a few bitching sessions,
late night pillow talks,
shopping trips,
and dreams of the future.
yes indeed there were a few misunderstandings here and there,
but we all have more sweet memories than we could ever remember.

and even though the anime freak left our lil penang island
to go off to aussie land late 2005,
but our friendship survived the distance.
